Technical info:
The cheapest model in the test, by far, comes from 4FRNT. After some discussion, Kye Petersen´s former pro-model, Kye 110, was renamed Col. This ski has really had a makeover. It is considerably lighter and a little softer than Kye, especially in the back. Col has a relatively long sidecut radius compared to the other models in the test. Average weight. Long sidecut under the foot.

On snow:
The Kye-model we tested last year was a real power house. Despite it being considerably lighter, it still has good punch. Col performs well at high speed on all kinds of snow, at the same time as the maneuverability is good at lower speeds as well. A good choice if you like 4FRNT and want a piste ski with this waist width. But it doesn´t quite match the best skis in this category. This is a good allrounder which doesn´t really top the list at anything. Except for the affordable price.
