Technical info:
And it is by far the heaviest construction. A specific weight of 1 gr/cm2 is what you might expect of pure piste skis. Long taper in the tip and very short rocker in the front ski. Taper is usually shorter than rocker, so this is a rare design. Low camber, stiff front ski and soft in the back.

On snow:
4frnt´s KYE is still a heavy freeride ski that stands out in this category, despite it being 300 grams lighter then last years model. It has excellent floatation and stability at speed, but the weight makes it rather heavy to carry up the ascent. Going downhill, it requires a solid boot and some extra effort. Kye Petersen´s narrowest promo model is suited for freeriding enthusiasts who prefer shorter trips.

This sequence of numbers indicates stiffness. Each number corresponds to a part of the ski, from tail to tip. 5 equals the average
for this part and length of the ski. Lower values indicate softer skis, higher values stiffer.
