Technical info:
Both Stereo and Åsnes manufacture their skis in Åre, Sweden. Eggi 98 has long rocker in both ends and camber in the waist. Like the other touring skis from Åsnes, this also features a skin fastener. The flex is soft, especially in the front, and the turning radius is about 21 meters.

On snow:
Eggi 98, designed in Norway, is a new model from Åsnes this year. It is a little unstable. This is probably due to the long rocker in the front and back ski, which in turn gives a somewhat short gliding surface. At the same time it is relatively easy to turn, and it thrives in carved turns on good snow. When the conditions are more challenging, it becomes unpredictable. Åsnes´ Eggi 98 suits riders who like Åsnes and enjoy carved turns in moderate terrain.
