Technical info:
Skitrab Altavia Carbon is soft in the front and stiff in the back, without rocker. There is less width difference between the front and back, and the setback is considerably shorter compared to Hagan Wai Drive – despite Skitrab having more sidecut. It is one of the heaviest constructions in the test. Low camber and a soft tip compensates for the lack of rocker. This is a typical for the Italian ski touring specialist Skitrab.

On snow:
The test riders are impressed by the maneuverability and the stability of this small ski. Skitrab benefits from the heavy construction. It doesn´t get close to the maneuverability of Dynastar´s Alti 80, but it feels solid and stable and is not bad at anything. Skitrab Altavia Carbon is a good choice for you who want a light allrounder.
