Fri Flyt overall rating of Black Crows Camox 98:

8 / 10

Flotation:
8 / 10
Turning capabilities:
7 / 10
Stability at speed:
9 / 10
Technical info:
Semicap and fiberglass construction. The skis are quite asymmetrical, with a long setback and a lot of rocker at the tip. No rocker in the back ski. The flex curve is stiff in the back, but with a soft front ski. Low and pointed bend at the tip.

On snow:
Maneuverable, but not particularly playful. On the other hand, it's a ski that is both responsive when you apply pressure to it, and forgiving when the snow is challenging (because of the well proportioned, long tips). Stable at speed. All in all a ski that performs well on all parts of the mountain. And that is perhaps what this category is about.

This sequence of numbers indicates stiffness. Each number corresponds to a part of the ski, from tail to tip. 5 equals the average
for this part and length of the ski. Lower values indicate softer skis, higher values stiffer.
