Technical info:
Down Countown is a relatively light sandwich construction with some carbon. Short camber in the waist and long rocker in both ends. This ski has less sidecut compared to most of the other models in this category. Countdown has a relatively soft flex, especially in the tip.

On snow:
According to the test rapport, this ski requires a lot of effort. Countdown also needs space, open slopes and speed. Having said that, it can also be quite responsive. It is a good big mountain ski that requires you to take your foot off the brake. It reminds us a little of a large racing ski, but it doesn´t have the same edge grip. If you decide to buy this length, you will have to say goodbye to playfulness. This is not a ski for beginners, but maybe for off-piste speed maniacs.
