Technical info:
This carbon fibre construction from the touring specialist Dynafit has a typical asymmetric composition. Long taper and rocker in the front, short in the back ski. It has a lot of sidecut, and the waist has more sidecut than the front and back. Low specific weight, but it is not the lightest construction in the test. In terms of shape and flex, the new Carbonio is similar to Dynafit´s models over the last few years.

On snow:
Carbonio is responsive and precise, but it requires concentration on hard snow. The ski feels a little unpredictable, which is typical for light skis with a lot of sidecut. At the same time, it preforms well on easy surfaces and carves elegantly at moderate speed. Carbonio is a light and safe choice that works well for long ski touring trips in moderate terrain.

This sequence of numbers indicates stiffness. Each number corresponds to a part of the ski, from tail to tip. 5 equals the average
for this part and length of the ski. Lower values indicate softer skis, higher values stiffer.
