Technical info:
The Cham series was launched after Dynastar´s golden era, but it´s becoming something of a modern classic. Cham 107 is the medium wide allrounder. The shape is original, with a short turning radius and a sudden transition to pronounced taper in the front and back ski. It´s among the heavier touring skis in the test, or alternatively one of the lighter freeride skis. The camber is high in the waist and back ski.

On snow:
Cham 107 is a ski with bite and response. It ploughs through the snow more than floating. The combination of a high tip and short turning radius makes it feel somewhat unstable at high speed. However, the edge grip is good and it is a reliable companion for various purposes and conditions. The weight is a minus. It is a couple of hundred grams too heavy to compete with the best.
