Technical info:
A new, light and affordable ski. Dynastar has reduced the prices on most of its products before this season. Deer Vertical has a lot of sidecut, especially in the front and back ski, combined with rocker in the front and a fairly flat back ski. Even transitions between sidecut and taper. Soft flex (especially in the front ski) and quite a lot of camber. A specific weight of 0,74 is impressive in this company and price range.

On snow:
Deer Vertical is lightweight, flexible and relatively easy to maneuver. At the same time it lacks power at speed. A lot of sidecut certainly helps on the maneuverability, but this also makes it less stable at speed. It is a good option if you want a light, predictable and versatile ski, without wanting to go too fast.
