Technical info:
Boomerang is one of the models we are most familiar with, and it also won our test when it was first released some years ago. It hasn´t changed much since then though. Boomerang is a fibreglass sandwich with a soft flex and a relatively long sidecut radius. It has a long setback and a long rocker in the front and back ski.

On snow:
Elan Boomerang is a predictable and traditional wide ski. It´s not particularly bad at anything, but it needs a lot of speed to excel. It feels stable at high speed and it is calm in long, open turns. It´s not particularly playful though. A safe buy if you don´t want to go for a more specialised fat ski and if you like to open up the turns.
