8 / 10

Flotation:
7 / 10
Turning capabilities:
8 / 10
Stability at speed:
7 / 10
Technical info:
This fibreglass sandwich from Colorado has a lot of everything: Long rocker and taper, a lot of sidecut and soft flex - especially in the back ski.

On snow:
Why we gave this score? Because it recieves 10 points for its playfulness. This is definitively the most playful ski in the test. We immediately see that this ski is different. Fat’ypus have made a ski according to the slogan ‘more of everything’. It has a pronounced rocker, and very few in this category have such a pronounced taper. This makes it less stable at speed, but it is easy to get on the edge and the platform feels longer than it really is in the turns. At the same time it is very easy to skid with. It´s not the best piste ski, but for all other purposes it outperforms the rest of the heat. Pure joy.
