Technical info:
US based Fat-Ypus don’t only make ultra wide skis nowadays. This Armada-inspired model has a very short turning radius, a soft tail and a soft flex curve. Rocker and taper of equal length gives a symmetrical structure.

On snow:
This was a new and positive acquaintance for the test riders. The word “playful” appears in almost all the test reports. An equal rocker and taper distribution makes it easy to maneuver and skid. It is stable off-piste, but in crust it lacks some back ski and width under the foot. A very good choice if you want to play in the open forest.
