Technical info:
Wai Drive is the smallest and lightest ski in Hagan´s Wai series, which has been updated this year. The model has a lot of sidecut combined with an enormous setback, despite the large taper in the front ski. The width difference between the front and back is almost 3 centimeters. Other skis in the Wai series also feature this combination of sidecut and a long setback.

On snow:
We notice that the narrowest point is quite far back. It is unstable at speed, and the combination of setback and sidecut feels unnecessary. But it is easy to turn and the big front ski makes it float well in powder. Hagan Wai Drive is the ski for those who prefer the long trips to the wild descents.
