Technical info:
Cyclics´ big brother is built as a sandwich construction with rubber tip formations. Head introduced its special tips last year, designed to stand out from the crowd. Short turning radius and a wide waist give large tips, despite a lot of taper. A short and very high camber in the middle (15mR/6 mm) makes the energy propagate down through points (red arrows) and not along the whole edge. The skis are soft all the way. Our test pair was short.

On snow:
Wide and relatively quick twin tip ski. Go straight for the dense and steep forest. It is fast down the slopes and quick edge to edge. Turbine devours tracked snow, but it doesn´t perform that well in powder. The tips don´t sink and they slow you down a little. This may be because of the short front ski and a very wide and soft tip angle. A playful model for the whole mountain.

This sequence of numbers indicates stiffness. Each number corresponds to a part of the ski, from tail to tip. 5 equals the average
for this part and length of the ski. Lower values indicate softer skis, higher values stiffer.
