Technical info:
Fiberglass sandwich from Völkl and K2 's Chinese factory. Völkl One has a long turning radius at the waist that becomes shorter towards the tip. Taper (which is new for Völkl) and consistent rocker in the entire length. The skis have a pronounced tail. Slightly below medium flex.

On snow:
Here you get a classic Völkl-feeling below the waist, matched with long rocked, tapered tips. Völkl has been very innovative in many areas. When they finally embrace taper, they do a proper job of it. Enjoy the combination of great stability, flotation and playfulness. The price to pay for the rocker is less edge grip and fluttering tips on hard snow. As it’s name suggests, One is a model for those who are looking for a pair that works well on all parts of the mountain.
