Technical info:
VTA has the same geometry and three dimensional profile as VTA Lite, but with a poplar and paulownia core and a reinforcing fibreglass cap. Just like VTA Lite it has a short turning radius, especially in the back, and a long sidecut. It also has a long setback. Even and soft flex throughout, but a little stiffer than VTA Lite.

On snow:
VTA feels like a carving ski in touring terrain, where it just wants to turn all the time. Our test team felt this was at the expense of floatation and stability at speed. It gets more hesitant on hard snow. Although it´s heavier than VTA Lite, this ski also feels very light. It is best suited for those who like quick turns on crust that has just melted.

This sequence of numbers indicates stiffness. Each number corresponds to a part of the ski, from tail to tip. 5 equals the average
for this part and length of the ski. Lower values indicate softer skis, higher values stiffer.
